Good luck I hope this helps you.

IE privacy keeper is a wonderful tool that will delete all of your files that are not needed-regseeker is something else that you should download-then of course disk cleanup then disk defrag your computer several times until it takes like 20 sec to run.<br

1) To delete all of your internet records:
Tools> Internet options...
Under the Temporary Internet files section click on Delete Cookies, then OK. Click on delete files, and click the check box that says delete offline content then click OK.
Under the History section click Clear History, then click yes.
2) Also use the disk defragmenter tool :
Start> All programs> Accessories> System tools> Disk Defragmenter> Defragment.(WILL TAKE AWHILE DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH CONTENT YOU HAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER SO JUST LET IT RUN AND CHILL OUT)
3) Also use the disk cleanup tool:
Start> All programs> Accessories> System tools> Disk Cleanup.
It will say something like disk clean up is determining how much space it will be able to clear....
after that click OK.

Here are 3 steps to delete your internet files, make your computer to run faster and more efficiently, and also how to clear your computer of unnecessary files.

1) To delete all of your internet records:<br

Use CCleaner (google it to find the website) and it should speed up your computer. Really helps. If this does not work, ur computer just might be ancient, no offense.

Do not go crazy and delete everything. if you still want to delete your files, for the internet files run disk cleanup, and make sure temp. internet files is selected as for files, get a harddrive wiper progrm to delete it all

well, doing that wont do the trick, which you need is some more ram, if you are running win. xp 1 gig should do the trick, you should also scan your computer for viruses, adware and spyware sometimes they wont do bad things to your computer but instead will just slow it down……if all that dosent work, try a faster harddrive or proccer, if the computer is a desktop try intel core 2 duo, laptop, go with intel centrio

if you still want to delete your files, for the internet files run disk cleanup, and make sure temp. internet files is selected as for files, get a harddrive wiper progrm to delete it all

By: Bugg

<guid

Go into your internet explorer, tools, internet options, delete files & delete cookies. This won't make your computer run faster. It could be a number of things, your hard drive could be full or close to it, you could have a virus, or your computer is just slow and nothing short from changing parts will fix it.

Depends on if it’s a Mac or a PC, but it’s basically the same in both. if u meant the internet temporary files, then click on the internet setting under the tools option in Internet explorer and click on the delete history and delete temporary internet files. it should get rid of all the files + history (the pages that u have been visited)

what did u mean by delete files? if it is u meant ur document files that is in ur harddrive, then right click and click delete.<br
