LikeDislikeProbably has as virus in it so the first step would be to Quarantine it using your anti-virus software ( i hope you ahve one…) then you would probably have2 do what the person before me said, or use MS-DOS but i would not do it yourself unles you ABSOLUTELY know what you are doing because if you do not u could destroy things your computer Needs to run with. so find a fiend who knows how to work MS-DOS. Aaaand you could try seeing if there is any other part of the file nnot in the recycling bin, alot of time when a virus is put into your coumputer it is spread about so its hard2 get rid of see if there is anything else that was put or updated on the same day you got that movie and see if there is any relation to them. AND! if you got that video using Limewire, kazaa, Bearshare, any other P2P file sharing application Unintall it and do not use it again

LikeDislikeIt could be a couple of things:
It has a very long file name.
You do not have permission to delete it.
My advice is to try and delete it in DOS.
Start->Run and type: cmd and press return.
At a command prompt type:
cd c:\recycler
dir (to list the contents of the folder)
del *.*
Then type dir again to see if it was removed.
type the word: exit
to close your DOS session.
