LikeDislikeyes they can be recovered some are harder than other’s but if you know what your doing it’s not hard at all. I suggest using window’s CIPHER I haven’t been able to fully recover anything from it yet. LikeDislikeThey can be recovered, yes.
Deleted files just sit in the free space section of your drive until you write over it with something else.
To erase these file you will need an application to zero out the free space on your drive.
One example is KillDisk.
Files that you want to delete permanently can be done with a shredder application.
Does a similar job, just writes over the free space as soon as the file is deleted.
