how can i get my permanently deleted files back in windows vista ?

Shadow explorer, google it, as long as u can locate the files through the directory and where they were last saved it should come back, (you right click on the thing u want back and select “export” then export it to where u want it to go!!

you can recover deleted files as long as nothing else has been written over where they were on the disk. The more you use the computer, the more likely it is new files will overwrite where the old data (your files) were. So dont use it basically!. look for file recovery software on another computer, download it to a usb memory stick, plug that in the computer with the deleted files and run it from the memory stick to scan the pc drive and see what can be recovered. There is a good website which explains all and recommends a product.
