If you want to loose weight I recomend you diet
weith watchers.. you can eat chocolate and cakes inside that diet,
also walk 1 hour a day.
And to dont have dinner with potatos and bread or pasta.only green food and milik yougur or cheese without fat on it.
THats work for me and I dont feel Im on a diet at all!!!

Im 5′2″ 110lbs.. i work out alot!.for exapmle..one thing i do…straight after school i have 2 run for 15 min..
I’m 5p7 and 144 and I want to be 130 but I already loss 5 pounds : )
we weigh the exact same and are the same height. haha i don’t feel so bad now. lately for cardio i haven’t had time to go to the gym because of finals so i’ve been running on the spot at home for a half hour while watching a tv show that way I don’t get bored.
I think a good place to start is by subscribing to diethealth’s channel. They post a bunch of good workouts that are pretty easy & look fun. They also post awesome recipes that I’ve tried and have fallen in love with.

I’m 5′3 i weiqh 135-138!!
I count calories thouqh thats helped tremendously i used to weiqh 150 at my fattest!!! To stick to 130 pounds at 5′3 I cannot consume more than 1680 calories a day unless i’m really active (which i’m not right now) but if i was my calorie intake would increase. To loose i could need to eat 1500 a day to be liek 125
