LikeDislikeWell at one time i applied for Medical School, so i can tell you that you need at LEAST a 3.3/4 GPA to be eligible for Medical School(it depends on the university, but there aren’t many who accept lower than 3.3)
You need to get a Bachelor’s of Science from University for starters, then you apply for another 4 years of Medical School. Then you will need to specialize into plastic surgery, which is a 1-2 year internship, after that, you’ll either be a resident(intermediate rank) for a year, or you’ll go straight to being an attending plastic surgeon.
For Canadian Universities i recommend the University of Victoria on Vancouver Island, and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Those are the two best school’s i know.
As for med school, i recommend Mcmaster, google it, its where i applied to(unfortunately i was denied)
So in total you’d have to do about 11-12 years before you actually became a full fleded plastic surgeon, so if you started at 18, you’d be 30 before you started working as a full fledged plastic surgeon.

LikeDislike1) There are several, but most pre-med students focus on something in Science (biology, chemistry, etc.)
2) Usually 4, but more if you’re specializing. Don’t forget that a few years are spent in a residency/internship
3) A LOT (but no less than
4) No university bases admittance off grade point alone. It depends on many other factors such as standardized test scores (e.g. MCAT), club/activity membership, leadership, etc., and it’s different for each school. And I’m not really sure what you mean by “good”.
5) The U.S News and World report publishes extensive reviews and rankings on schools in the US and the info is free online.
My advice to you….don’t stress about it too much. You’ll probably change your mind at least a few times in high school, and several more times in college.

LikeDislike1) Generally, a University goes for four years, first getting your Associates (two years), Bachelors (four years), Masters, and then Doctorate
2) Usually four years, but I want to be an orthodontist which would mean I would need an additional two-four years, it depends.
3) Four or more
You should consider trying something called Running Start, where during your Junior and Senior year you can go to college full/part time and get your associates degree.
4) There can be quite a GPA range, but I would try to strive to get about a 3.5 to really increase your chances. Don’t forget about extracurriculars (such as sports and/or clubs), volunteer work, just try and be very active for your school!
5) Of course the Ivies are the best, (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, etcetera.) But you don’t need to go to an Ivy to get a great education, I am really interested in going the The University of Washington at the moment.
For Canada: University of Toronto, McGill University, McMaster University, University of British Columbia…..
(All of these are within the top 100 colleges around the world, even if the name makes you think otherwise)
Good luck!

LikeDislikeA good GPA for a decent university would be a 3.3 but even more well around a 3.5. If you could get a 3.7 or above that would look even better.
