If you already applied to your choices by the end of your 11th grade, beginning of your 12th grade, you should have gotten an acceptance (or rejection) letter from someone by your last semester of high school. Usually, you don’t wait until the last semester to apply. But if you have waited, it’s still not too late. They don’t care if you change schools, unless you’re changing to a juvenile delinquent center??
Just make sure that you have all the credits you need for graduation or any special programs you were in before. My last semester in high school was totally blown off on a “Senior Project” where I volunteered at a hospital and did a little survey for them while doing a few other things at school still like photography work.

LikeDislikeIf you explain to the college why you changed high schools in your last year, last semester, then it won’t be a problem unless your explanation itself was fishy.
