Usually the GPA is out of a 4.0 but if the scale is a 96 out of 100 then you have a very good GPA and with all the extras you participate in, you should have no problem getting into either school. While, I do not know off hand what the requirements are for these two schools, you would more than likely be able to get into UW- Madison, which is fairly competitive, so I do not see to many issues with the others.
