How to transfer a scanned document back to original after editing by OCR?
I used my MS Image bard to send a scanned request to word. However, a images didn’t transfer. we only wish to revise a content afterwards send it behind so a images reappear. Once my request is edited, we wish to email it. How do we do this?
That is not possible. Once you do the OCR – all formatting and image tags are cleared and the document becomes an ordinary text document – without formatting. You cannot recover the original
Best way would be to retain the original and OCR a duplicate file. And Make another copy of your originally scanned file and overpaste the edited text by making boxes onto the original text. It might work.
By making copies, you ensure that if something is not coming out correctly, you have the original scanned image with you
