How to send an ebay email to a buyer for a dispatched item?

I'm brand new to selling. How do we send an email to my buyers to discuss it them their object has been dispatched? Does any one have the template we can use? Thanks

Go to your item sold and click on contact buyer.
Send them a message saying that their item was sent on xxxx date and include the tracking number that the post assigned to the package.
Also, go into paypal and enter the tracking number into paypal, just in case of a dispute. You will be covered under the seller's protection that way.
