Im formulation to stick on a armed forces soon, i jsut need to wait for for my date to go to a preference centre. But i top physique strenght is unequivocally bad. we have do 3 press ups as well as i can’t do chin ups. we have around 2 months to be means to do them. How can i improve? I’ve proposed doign weights, any alternative advise. Ways to do a weights, or..?
