Recently i paid 00 to a restoration contractor, after execution of 00 value of job, he disappeared, i could not find him any more, his emporium is closed. though his palm phone is still toll no answer from him,
i know his IC series as well as Name, is there any approach to encounter him as well as ask for money.
plase suggest me how to pick up my 00 from him.
