How to control the cravings of junk food before and during my period each month?
Every month we get these unequivocally bad cravings for junk food a week prior to as well as during my period. we have attempted fighting this though we give in as well as begin eating lots of junk food. It’s ok I get that feeling too. Generally I eat pretty low-carb but when that time of the month comes instead of stuffing myself with sweets I eat big bowls or rice or oatmeal with peanut butter. I don’t like to eat really heavy stuff around then so it makes me feel better. I also feel like its better to just eat a huge bowl of rice then to eat crappy processed food even if it is less than I’m eating with the rice.
I also like a big bowl of oatmeal with honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon for my sweet tooth. Ooh and add a glob of goat milk yogurt and your set! Or trying making some sugar free deserts.
