how to connect laptop with a home theatre receiver?

I have a Onkyo TX-SR575 receiver as well as we wish to fool around a cinema upon a laptop though listen to a receptive to advice upon a speakers as well as watch it upon a TV. How can we connect. we have a compaq 6910p laptop. Thanks!
