How to clean air filter on 2004 dodge stratus sxt 4 cylinder?

Just wondering how to purify a air filter, as well as how to get it out of a engine. Is there anything special which i have to do?

1. you can blow them out with an air hose to clean them with temporarily ,but you really need to replace it if its real bad dirty,cleaning them is just thing yo do until you can get a new one, good luck.
