I learned this trick after listening to a recording of Eugene Schwartz , He was talking about how he worked 3-4 hours a day only! with this method!
What he did was set a timer for Thirty Three Minutes AND 33 seconds.(33.33)
Then when the timer went off he would make himself get up from his work, walk away for exactly 5 minutes and go do anything at all …
But..
He couldn’t keep writing!
After his 5 minutes where up he could go back to his work (writing) etc.
He would work like this for 3-4 hours every day!
And be 8-10 hours ahead in progress!
Try it out you won’t be disappointed..
